Just For Fun Entertainment

Many years ago I was singing to a song on the radio when my girlfriend turned to me and said ‘Do you know the words to every song, or what?’  I said ‘Sure, don’t you?’  She replied ‘Of course not, how could I?!?’

This was quite interesting to me because I just assumed that everyone learned the words to songs after hearing them played once or twice.  It made me wonder how many other people have this same ability for remember words to music.

I tested myself further and found that I remember not only the words, but the exact way the artist sang the words, ie the emphasis, tone, or volume on the words.

I guess this shows that everyone has some unique talent that doesn’t seem overly impessive to the person, but is impressive to others.  Too bad my talent wasn’t for making oddles of money…
